This is the true story of a World War II Airborne Infantryman who had 3 combat parachute jumps into Sicily, Salerno and Holland (Operation Market Garden) on the road to Germany. Darrell G. Harris gives his true-life account and is one of the first soldiers awarded the CIB (combat infantryman's badge) in World War II. He was also one of the very first paratroopers in combat with the 82nd Airborne Division.
